Return and Refund Policy 

We offer a 15-day return policy for any physical goods, which means you have 15 days starting from the day of delivery, as verified by your tracking number, to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in the exact same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at info@speedgrounds.com to begin a return. If your return is approved, you will be charged for the cost of sending the item back to us. The cost of shipping is not refundable. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Damages and issues

Although we are certain that our staff will always treat your purchase with extra care and attention and that you will be happy with your purchase, we understand that accidents can happen sometimes. In this scenario, our goal is to fix any problems found and make the procedure as simple as possible for you. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a decal from us which is faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge and without delay.

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

Please email us at info@speedgrounds.com within three days of receiving your print if you discover any damage to an item after it has been sent to you. We would be pleased to help. If we ask you to send the item back to us, we'll cover the return shipping fees.

Every decal ought to be an exact replica of the goods shown on our website. Please email us at info@speedgrounds.com if you are unhappy with your graphics as a result of any appearance misrepresentation so we can look into it further and set up a reprint (or exchange) for you as soon as possible. of course without charge!

Exceptions / non- Refund items

Certain types of items cannot be refund, like a customize products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations And Exchanges

Up to the point when your order has been shipped, you can cancel or modify it. In this situation, we will provide you a complete refund as payment. Cancellations or adjustments to an order after it has been sent are not available. Requests for cancellations or adjustments must be submitted as soon as you can since we work hard to send orders as swiftly as possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give a refund or exchange for change of mind or erroneous size selection because we construct everything to order. Refunds
